The mileage page is used to display IFTA data. This helps an underwriter to visualize the actual distribution of mileage across a motor carrier's entire area of operations during a given range of time.

How are IFTA miles added?
IFTA miles can be added in two ways - manually or automatically via AI.
-
To manually add IFTA miles, click the gear icon labeled "configure" on any given quarter.
- To automatically add IFTA miles, click "Import Data" and choose either a PDF or CSV file. A custom AI model will identify the scan and extract the mileage data from your file. This process usually takes approximately 10-30 seconds. With some large files, it may take up to 1 minute.
What data overlays are available for visualization?
Once IFTA miles are added to DOT Analysis either manually or automatically via AI, you can use the toggle switches to overlay radius circles, inspections from the past 24 months, crashes from the past 36 months and pre-configured zones.
You can select the quarters you'd like displayed on the map by clicking on each one you'd like either shown or hidden. The quarters shown in green are the ones currently displayed on the map.
