How Sharing Works

To share a specific DOT Report; click the "Share" button. Then select "Copy Share Link" to copy the link to your clipboard. You can paste this link into an email or other message and send it to anyone who needs access. 

To share Market Analysis dashboards; select the filters you'd like to set on the shared dashboard, then click the "Share" button and click "Copy Share Link" to copy the link to your clipboard. You can paste this link into an email or other message and send it to anyone who needs access. 

• The recipient of shared Market Analysis dashboards will see the dashboard exactly as you configured it.

• Unlicensed recipients cannot adjust filters or access underlying data.

Security and Access for Guests

• Share links expire 7 days after they are created. 

• Unlicensed users are unable to modify filters or view underlying data. 

• Licensed users are able to modify filters and see underlying data.
