Allow anyone with the same email domain to join your organization

Company administrators have the ability to allow fellow team members within their company to more easily join DOTA automatically when they sign up using a company email address.

When this option is enabled, any user who registers for a DOT Analysis account with an email that matches the company’s domain will be automatically connected to the company’s DOT Analysis org. This removes the need for manual invitations or approvals, simplifying the onboarding process and ensuring that all team members can quickly access company resources.

This setting can be managed by company administrators within the account or organization settings. It’s designed to make user management more efficient while maintaining control over who can join through approved email domains. Keep in mind that every person who joins will still count toward you total user license count.
